| Video Discription | Para Phymosis Reduction: If tight foreskin is forcefully pulled over an erected the glans penis, it may get struck there permanently like a tight brand and this condition is called paraphymosis. Paraphymosis cause excessive pain. Within hours, glans penis becomes more and more swollen, more painful. If urgent treatment is not done, then skin color change and ulceration may appear. Patient has to be taken to a surgeon immediately, and manual reduction can be tried, if that fails, urgent circumcision is the only definitive treatment. Circumcision by ZSR: Here surgery is done by a specialized instrument called circumcision stapler. It takes only 3 minutes to complete the procedure. No bleeding, no pain and no stitching; the skin margin is held by metallic nails guarded by silicone ring. Skin margin looks perfectly circular, looks very nice and clean. Healing is rapid and complete by 2 weeks. Tight Frenulam & Frenuloplasty: Frenulam is a small band of skin that is present like a small bridge under the glans penis. Sometimes it so tight, that it pull down the glans penis during erection and cause pain. During forceful penetration, this tinny skin bridge may get torn and cause severe bleeding. Frenuloplasty is the treatment, by which the bridge of skin is divided and sutured. Nowadays stitch less frenuloplasty is also available.
