| Video Discription | On the occasion of Varamahalakshmi, I am showing the healthy version of holige/obbattu/ puran poli.. Some sweet offering for God Lakshmi.. and a mild effort to make the kids like and eat this holige by there own... have shown you two verions, one is carrot badam, and other one is carrot badam cheese holige with wheat flour. I have used wheat flour to make it healthy version, if you want you can use plain flour also. During this time of covid, i prefer eating healthy, and when we cant go out and get these from shops and all, so here i have shown you the healthy and easy method of holige to make and enjoy at home,.... You just need few ingredients like wheat flour, salt, water, oil, for the dough and for the stuffing you ll need grated carrot, jaggery, cheese, cardomom powder and offcourse a rolling pin.. hahhaha Please if you like my recipe do try at home and let me know your feedback in the comment section..
