| Video Discription | Badam Halwa Badam halwa is a sweet delicacy made with Almonds, sugar, and ghee. This is an easy recipe for making Badam halwa using Almond flour or soaked almonds, peel & make a paste with little milk. Ingredients : Almond Flour - 1 cup (or 1 cup soaked almonds, peel & make a paste with little milk) Sugar - 1/4 cup/per taste Milk - 1 ½ cup Saffron - a pinch Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Ghee - 3 Tablespoons some chopped nuts for garnishing Method : In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, melt.add almond flour & roast for 5 minutes on low heat.add milk, saffron, & cardamom powdermix & cook on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes or until slightly thick.add sugar, continuously cooking 5-6 minutes.add 1 tablespoon ghee, fry on medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes or until leaves the pan or ghee separates.
