| Video Discription | My son loves rice puff from the big brands, so I thought I would try making them. If you are also trying to learn how to make rice puffs, the rice puff I made here only need 2 ingredients. Rice and egg whites. If you have left over rice you can consider making these too. The amount of ingredient I used is because I wanted to make more for this video, but it turns out it made so much rice puffs its impossible for him to finish alone. As they do not contain preservatives, it wont last as long. So probably 2-3 days max. I would suggest cutting down the ingredients to maybe half if you don't want to end up having too much leftovers. Although.....adults can eat them too :) It starts to lose its crispiness at day 3, perhaps its the egg whites, I may try to remake this without the egg whites since the store bought puffs don't seem to need it. Lets see how it goes :) |
