| Video Discription | Cinnamon roll INGREDIENTS : (This makes about 14 rolls) For the dough: Luke warm Milk - 1 1/4 cup Instant dry yeast - 2 1/4 tsp Sugar - 1/4 cup Large egg - 1 Butter - 1/4 cup All purpose flour - 3 1/2 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp For the filling : Brown sugar - 2/3 cup Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp Butter - 3 tbsp soften at room temperature For the icing : Vanilla essence - 1 tsp. Milk - 1/4 cup ( you can make it 1/2 cup if you like the frosting more loose) Butter - 2 tbsp melted Icing sugar - 1 cup Cream cheese - 1/2 cup METHOD : 🥮 Add in the milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl and rest it for 5-10 min, so that the yeast gets activated. 🥮 After 5-10 min mix in the egg, butter and salt. 🥮 now add in the flour little by little and make it into a dough. ver it with a kitchen towel and rest it in a warm place for about 30 minutes, so that the dough rise and doubles up. 🥮 after@ with a rolling pin. 🥮 spread the soften butter evenly all over the rolled dough. 🥮 mix the cinnamon powder and brown sugar well and spread it on top of the buttered dough evenly. 🥮 roll it tightly and evenly like a log. 🥮 now slice it into equal and clean pieces and place it into the buttered baking tray and rest it for 10-15 minutes covered. 🥮 now bake it in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes at 170 degree. 🥮 if you are baking in the stove top, preheat a deep and wide pan with a steal ring inside and keep the baking tray on top of the steel ring and bake it for 25-30 minutes on a low- medium flame.
