This is the Avalakki Prasada/Panchakajjaya for Ganesha Chathurthi prepared in many homes and temples. Also prepared for Krishna Janmastami and Thulasi Habba/Festival as Prasadam. It is also known as Bellada Avalakki in some regions of Karnataka. In this stage you can add 2 tsp of Ghee which is optional. You need to mix everything well. Ensure that Jaggery is mixed well.
