It involves leaving the physical body and exploring the astral plane. The astral plane is where spiritual and immaterial entities exist. Visiting the astral plane can provide you with valuable insights about who you really are and your future. It can also increase your intuition and psychic abilities. Everyone simultaneously exists in the physical and spiritual world, however, many of us habitually occupy the physical/material world. Astro traveling is a great way to give our physical bodies rest, and explore pure consciousness. Many of us have sporadically experienced 'out of body’ experiences before, usually, when we are sleeping, this video will allow you to experience this feeling whenever you wish :-) Relax and have fun with it! ***How to Astral Travel DIRECTIONS: Listen at a comfortable low volume in a dark room (headphones are recommended). Lay on your back, remain completely still with your eyes closed. Try not to move. Start to breathe deeply and slowly. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Do 20 of these and then breathe naturally. Start to focus on your Third Eye (between your eyebrows). Imagine your third eye as swirling indigo (purple) energy - spinning like a wheel in a clockwise direction. Continue doing this for a few minutes and then allow your mind to rest. Continue to focus on your breath. After approx. 10-15 minutes you will begin to feel euphoric and very light. Now imagine your spirit slowly rising out of your body. Rise to the ceiling and then slowly turn around and look at your body. Smile at your physical form and wave goodbye. Now rise through the ceiling or float through a window, up into the sky, orbit the earth, explore the universe, explore universal consciousness :-) ***It often takes a few attempts to get consistent results. So if it doesn't fully work the first time try again another day :-) ***If you experience sleep paralysis (i.e., unable to move your body upon wakening) then concentrate on your breath. Within approx 10 - 20 breaths your mind and body will reconnect. *** Binaural beats are primarily delta and theta wave-based. However, they pulsate up to alpha waves so that you don't fall into a deep sleep. *** This track can also be used for lucid dreaming. You can meditate to this music or drift off to sleep. If practicing during the day then take it easy afterward. Don’t drive directly after or operate heavy machinery.
