The probe agency has registered a Preliminary Enquiry (PE) in connection with case. Meanwhile, the AAP has condemned the CBI probe, stating that BJP is trying to destroy AAP. A controversy erupted earlier this year after Arvind Kejriwal was accused by the BJP of spending around Rs 45 crore on the "beautification" of his official residence in Delhi's Civil Lines.
