| Video Discription | Kejriwal ED Case: As the Delhi High Court seeks a response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding a plea filed by Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal against summons in the Delhi excise policy case, AAP leader and Delhi Minister Atishi Marlena emphasized the repeated issuance of summons to Kejriwal by the ED. Atishi Marlena stated, "The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is sending summons to CM Arvind Kejriwal over and over again. To challenge these summons and whether they are legal or illegal, he (Arvind Kejriwal) has moved to the Delhi High Court." Despite ED's opposition to the petition, Atishi Marlena noted that the court has decided to hear the matter and has issued a notice to ED, indicating that the agency will need to provide clarification in court. She added, "Now the agency has to answer in court. Whether these summons are legal or illegal, that court will decide."
