We present the case of a bilateral inguinal hernia in a 57-year-old man (previous open hernioplasty on the right with recurrence and no previous surgery on the left with native hernia). First part of the operation using the non-dominant left hand and gradual introduction of the articulating needle holder in the phases in which the position of the stitcht is "difficult". It really seems to work in robotics, no corner is unreachable!!!
