| Video Discription | I travelled to Central Illinois to find Trachymyrmex septentrionalis, the northern fungus-farming ant. This population is one of the northernmost ranges of fungus growing ants on the planet, only being contested by another population of this same species on Long Island, New York. On top of searching for Trachymyrmex, it's also looking like a really good time to find some Camponotus queens, and plenty of other amazing ant species. Will I be successful?
