Palak Tofu Recipe: https://beextravegant.com/vegan-palak-paneer-saag-paneer/ Keto Tofu Paratha Recipe inspired by: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PV6sTQBwts Fried Cauli-Rice Recipe RECIPE: Serves: 4 Cook time: less than 10 minutes Cauliflower rice (about 2.5 cups): just process cauliflower in a food processor or with a grater 1 tbsp neutral oil 1 star anise 0.5 inch ginger 3 cloves garlic 3 cups frozen veggies of choice (you can also use fresh veggies, of course) 1/3 cup dehydrated soy chunks soaked in hot water for at least 15 minutes or Vegan meat mince (like I used here) Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce A crack of pepper 1 tsp hot chilli sauce 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp MSG (optional) Garnish: Fried onions Chives Method: 1. Heat up some oil in a pan. 2. Add a star anise in it and sauté on medium low heat until fragrant. About 1 minute. 3. Add minced ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away. 4. Add frozen/fresh veggies and sauté until they are just cooked then add rehydrated soy chunks 5. Add the sauce and mix everything well. 6. Finally add the cauli-rice, mix well and let it get heated through. 7. Finish with fried onions and chives on top and serve hot!
