The hardware itself is nothing special and something that could be purchased for a much cheaper price on Amazon (https://geni.us/Apdd8 (Amazon) - affiliate link). The main thing that sets this apart is that it comes with the apps Blue TV and Blue VOD. The apps are NOT pre-installed (making the device itself not illegal) but to use live TV and video on demand you will need to install these apps. When I lived in China I saw many apps like these.
