| Video Discription | In this part 2 of Management of Ano-genital warts, I will be demonstrating the fulguration of Anal warts and peri-anal warts. This is a case of young man who had history of anal intercourse with another man after which he developed these warts. Since these warts were sessile, it was deemed best to fulgurate the warts. Fulguration of warts is done by electro-cautery in the spray mode. The warts are coagulated and vaporized by Fulguration. The results were excellent, which are shown in the post-procedure pictures, no pigmentation, scarring or marks. The skin is absolutely normal with no evidence of previous warts or their fulguration as the procedure was kept to superficial layers.
