| Video Discription | Alessia Russo has scooped her first women's Player of the Month award after our supporters chose her as April's winner. The England striker came out on top of the vote ahead of Steph Catley, Emily Fox and Beth Mead to clinch the trophy, thanks to her excellent goalscoring form during the month. Alessia found the net in all three of our fixtures in April, adding a total of four goals to her seasonal tally, which now stands at 14, including 10 in the WSL. Our number 23 was in fine form against Bristol City, opening her account with a beautifully struck effort on the edge of the area before placing her second goal into the bottom corner with pinpoint accuracy.
