Closes a loan that was declined by multiple lenders in the area including the bigger lenders like Hamilton Mortgage and HomeTown mortgage. The previous lenders denied this loan for reasons that were not realistic. Such as employment history from a temp agency and credit lines that had been disputed. certainly not a reason to deny a loan!!! If your a realtor that accepts the first or second or third answer your mortgage person gives you that is denying the loan you can only blame yourself if you dont call Stewart Holt to see what can really be done!
