| Video Discription | #agneepath #indianarmy #tourofduty #currentaffairs #AgnipathSchemeProtest #agneepathscheme #agneepathyojana केन्द्र सरकार ने सैन्य बलों में युवाओं की भर्ती के लिए अग्निपथ योजना को मंजूरी दी है। सरकार के मुताबिक, इस योजना के अंतर्गत चुने गए युवाओं को अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा। अग्निवीरों को आकर्षक मासिक पैकेज और तीनों सेनाओं में लागू जोखिम तथा कठिनाई भत्ता दिया जाएगा। उनका कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर उन्हें एकमुश्त सेवानिधि पैकेज दिया जाएगा। इसके अंतर्गत देशभक्त और उत्साही युवाओं को सैन्यबलों में चार वर्ष के लिए नियुक्त किया जाएगा। इस वर्ष 46 हजार अग्निवीरों की भर्ती की जाएगाी। बता दें कि अग्निवीरों को तीस से चालीस हजार रुपये मासिक वेतन और भत्ते दिए जाएंगे। सेवानिधि को आयकर से छूट होगी। अग्निवीर, ग्रैज्युटी और पेंशन के अन्य लाभ के पात्र नहीं होंगे। उन्हें 48 लाख रुपये का जीवन बीमा कवर प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए उन्हें कोई भुगतान नहीं करना होगा। अग्निवीरों को विभिन्न सैन्य कौशल, शारीरिक फिटनेस, और वीरता, देशभक्ति तथा नेतृत्व के गुणों के लिए आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए ऑनलाइन केन्द्रीकृत व्यवस्था के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करवाना होगा। इसके लिए आयु सीमा 17.5 साल से 21 वर्ष तक रखी गई है। जनरल डयूटी सैनिक के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता दसवीं निर्धारित की गई है। तीनों सेनाओं की मानव संसाधन नीति में नये युग की शुरुआत के लिए सरकार ने यह बड़ा रक्षा नीति सुधार किया है। उम्मीद है कि इस योजना से देश के प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को वायुसेना में सेवाएं प्रदान करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा। इसके अलावा, प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने सभी विभागों और मंत्रालयों में मानव संसाधनों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने बताया कि श्री मोदी ने निर्देश दिया है कि अगले डेढ़ वर्ष में सरकार द्वारा दस लाख लोगों की भर्ती मिशन मोड में की जाए। The Central Government has approved the Agneepath scheme for the recruitment of youth in the Armed Forces. According to the government, the youth selected under this scheme will be called Agniveer. Agniveers will be given attractive monthly packages and risk and hardship allowance as applicable across the three services. On completion of his tenure, he will be given a lump sum retirement package. Under this, patriotic and enthusiastic youth will be appointed in the military forces for four years. For this registration has to be done through online centralized system. The age limit for this has been kept from 17.5 years to 21 years. The educational qualification for General Duty Soldier has been fixed as 10th class. To start a new era in the human resource policy of the three services, the government has made this major defense policy reform. It is expected that this scheme will provide an opportunity to the talented youth of the country to serve in the Air Force. In addition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the position of human resources in all departments and ministries. The Prime Minister's Office said that Mr. Modi has directed that in the next one and a half years, one million people should be recruited by the government in mission mode.
