No more asking friends, mechanics, or your neighbor, this video will take you through the basics of tuning your mountain bike suspension. That includes measuring and setting sag, dialing in compression, and setting your rebound. In this video, we adjust the settings on a Fox Float X2 rear shock and a Fox 38 fork, but the process will be very similar on different suspension brands like RockShox, DVO, and Marzocchi. Without the proper suspension setup, your bike won't ride as it should, you will have less fun, and you might even crash because of it. Don't be stuck dealing with these problems!
