Vijayan, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Sneha, Malavika Mohanan, Anikha, Miya George in the lead roles. The songs of the film are composed by Gopi Sunder and background music by Sushin Shyam. The film begins with the death of ASP Samuel Jacob (Shaam), a police officer investigating the crimes of serial child abuse and murder. Before his death, he tracks and goes to the location of a child abuser and pedophile who calls himself 'Joker', from whom he received threatening phone calls. The cases are picked up by the Crime Investigation Department, CBCID, under the investigation of ASP Andrews Eapen (Arya) assisted by Inspectors Meera (Malavika Mohanan) and Jose (Balaji Sharma). The film then turns to the main story which is about Sarah David (Anikha), a ten year old school girl, who admires her father David Nainan (Mammootty), a well known builder and business man, the most. One day, on the way of return from office to home, he finds his daughter lying unconscious after being brutally raped. Shattered, he takes her to the hospital where his wife, Doctor Michelle David (Sneha) and her friend Dr. Susan (Miya George) works. After recovering, Sarah reveals that it was Joker who attacked her. The enraged David and Michelle decided to find and kill him to protect other girls. Nainan starts his own investigation independent of the police, causing Andrews to become suspicious. He discovers that Nainan's daughter was one of the Joker's victims, and aggressively questions her at home while he is away. Nainan warns him off for upsetting his daughter. Both of them start receiving calls from the Joker, and compete as to who will find and get to the Joker first. Eapen, who tries to overpower was attacked by the Joker and made him unconscious. Nainan, who came after Andrews, after several fights, finally stabbed and threw the Joker away from the top of the mysterious valley. At the end, when Andrews asks David who the Joker was, he reveals it is one of the staffs in his office named James.
