| Video Discription | INGREDIENTS : 1 )Blue berries - (2 - 3 cups ) Lemon juice - 3 tablespoon Sugar - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 2 tablespoon Maida - 1 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Egg - 1 Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon Butter - 120 grams METHOD : First step: Mix blueberries with lemon juice ,Sugar and Corn flour and put it in a baking dish. Second step : Mix maida , sugar ,salt and baking powder in a seperate bowl , then add an egg and vanilla essence and mix with your fingers till it resembles bread crumbs . Put this mixture in the baking dish over the blueberries , spread it out , and drizzle melted butter over it . Bake it in a preheated oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown. |
