| Video Discription | This is it people. The final update before the Comrades Marathon. The atmosphere here in Durban has been incredible, all the pre-race prep is done and now it is time to run. We set off tomorrow morning at 5.30am. But before we do, here's my final (and a bit quick) final thoughts for the race ahead. Fancy taking on this challenge?
