INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup Flour (can use All Purpose, Wheat Flour, Bread Four) Whatever you like. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until they blend together 2. Remove from bowl and knead on floured counter 3. Heat heavy bottomed pan or skillet on medium high until very hot 4. Split dough int 2 halves and roll each half into flat shapes 5. place dough on hot skillet for about 3 - 4 minutes flipping every so often so the flatbread does not burn. Voila and Enjoy! |
