| Video Discription | What is up my fellow greenthumbs? Something very special in this video, today we will be looking at the process of "Lollipopping" a cannabis plant. This process effectively removes most, if not all of a plants smaller secondary bud sites in order to push that energy further down the stem and in to those precious buds we all desire ;) In this video you can see me removing one of the larger fan leaves which I was hoping I would not have to do as this is a major source of energy but it had recieved damage from being situated directly in the entre of the plant and not having much room to move around. Luckily cannabis plants are very resilient contrary to popular belief. The removing of this large centre leaf will promote the smaller leaves in the area, and further down the stalk, stop start beefing up as we pass through the early flower stage, Idealy we would be adding bloom nutrients by now but I am still strapped for cash and will have to wait a couple more days but that's is fine as these plants can grow in the wild aswell. Removing that larger centre leaf also opened up more space for air to get to those main colas, which will be the main focus moving forward as that is where the bud is produced! I also released a couple of our tie downs so those smaller side colas can get more light and hopefully develop in to secondary main flower sites!
