Add sugar and water in a pan 3. Boil it for 10 mins on low flame and turn off the flame 4. Mix the batter Once 5. Pour the batter in pan like this 6. Cook it on low-medium flame 7. Fry it from both the sides. 8. Put the Malpua in sugar syrup 9. Rest it for 15 minutes 10.
