| Video Discription | Is it really a HYBRID ute? No. But it is electrified and it uses less diesel than the standard one! Subscribe here: www.youtube.com/@therightcar?sub_confirmation=1 It still has a 2.8L turbo-diesel engine, with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system integrated into the powertrain to aid it in stop-start traffic, with a multi-mode stop-start system to help recharge the battery pack. The battery drives a belt-driven motor generator that can assist the engine, and help use less fuel in urban driving, too.
